Daily Activities:

Day 1 , Arrive at Johannesburg International Airport where Trans Africa Safaris will provide assistance for your transfer to a light aircraft flight to Lion Sands. Arrive at Lion Sands – Ivory Lodge where you will have accommodation for 3 nights. The Lodge has been built on the banks of the Sabie River with magnificent views, extending onto the open sand banks of the Kruger National Park. Enjoy breathtaking views over the Sabie River, a setting where game viewing can be done from the luxury of one’s private suite, Africa’s finest. Meals and activities included.

Day 2 & 3, Lion Sands Game Preserve is the only private reserve situated on the perennial sabie river. The activities programme has been developed to enhance the guest's safari experience by enabling the guest to tailor their stay. Activities are all offered in a flexible and convenient environment and are exclusive to Lion Sands guests. They Include Open Land Rover game drives, Bush Breakfasts, Bush Walks, Wildlife Lectures, Picnic lunches, Hippopotamus Tour, Bush Dinners & Astronomy.

Day 4, Light aircraft transfer (included) to Johannesburg Airport where a short walk just outside the terminal will take you to the Airport Inter Continental where accommodations have been reserved for a 1 night on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 5, Depart from Johannesburg Airport (air included) for your arrival in Mauritius. Road transfer to the Royal Palm Hotel where accomodations have been reserved for 5 nights on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. The Royal Plam is nestled in the heart of Grand Baie, a little village on the Northern coast of the island. Service levels are unmatched with a ratio of three staff per suite to ensure the highest standards possible.

Day 6 to 9, At leisure at the resort where you will enjoy the La Goelette - overlooking the shimmering waters of the ocean and offering a varied cuisine. The Beach Restaurant - set under the shade of magnificent "Badamiers' trees. The bar is situated on the terrace and opens onto the inviting lagoon. Sporting & Recreational Activities include tennis, squash, golf practice, health centre and nautical sports.

Day 10, Road transfer to the Airport for your flight to Johannesburg where you complete your Bush and Beach Adventure in Southern Africa.
