Daily Activities:
Day 1, departure BA from Johannesburg (Included) and arrive Livingstone, Zambia for a scheduled ‘seat in minibus’ transfer (porterages excluded) to the Royal Livingstone Hotel where standard accomodations are reserved for two nights on a bed and breakfast basis.
At 16h15 enjoy a Sundowner Cruise on the Zambezi River. Until you have seen the African sunset, you have not experienced the glory of nature. Experience the sun setting through numerous M’lala palm trees which line the banks of the mighty Zambezi River. The colours of the sky, reflecting on the river, make the most perfect photograph for your album.
Day 2, at 9h00 enjoy a Morning walking tour of The Falls. The guided tour of Victoria Falls takes approximately two hours. David Livingstone was the first European to visit the Falls, and named it after Queen Victoria. To the locals, it is known as “Mosi oa Tunya” – The Smoke that Thunders – an accurate description of what happens when the waters of the Zambezi River plunge over the 1700 metre wide and 100 metre deep chasm, creating a shower of spray and a deafening noise.
At Leisure in the afternoon. Trans Africa Safaris suggested tour: Afternoon Flight of the Angels – helicopter flight over Falls and surrounding area (cost excluded).
Day 3, Morning at leisure until your scheduled ‘seat in minibus’ transfer to Livingstone International Airport. Porterages excluded. Departure BA (Included) to Johannesburg where you complete your Victoria Falls adventure in South Africa.
