Restaurants
Fancourt has five fabulous restaurants offering a variety of excellent dining experiences in truly delightful settings. Whether you're enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner at Fancourt, you can rest assured that each meal has been carefully prepared by our expert chefs, presented by experienced restaurant managers and serving staff and that only the freshest products have been used. All menus and meals have been approved and carefully planned by Fancourt Executive Chef, Darren Roberts.

The restaurants bear testimony to Fancourt's reputation as purveyors of fine cuisine. From La Cantina's authentic Italian fare and the freshly caught dishes of Le P�cheur to The Morning Glory's health meals, the modern African cuisine of Sansibar and Bramble Lodge's selected dinner menu of locally-sourced produce, Fancourt's cuisine is a gourmet's delight.

The three bars and a golfer's halfway house offer lighter meals for guests on the move. A range of Fancourt Original and Executive Chef's Range products including jams, pasta and sauces are for sale in the Deli.

La Cantina is located in the historic Manor House and serves traditional Italian cuisine in a warm Mediterranean atmosphere. Popular Sunday lunches are served from 12:30 in La Cantina.

Le P�cheur, situated in the main clubhouse, specializes in freshly prepared seafood dishes in a relaxed open-kitchen setting.

Bramble Lodge is located next to The Links Clubhouse and offers relaxed intimate dining of global fusion cuisine - a combination of flavours from the world over, using a variety of spices, herbs, flowers and locally grown produce.

Sansibar is situated in the Manor House and serves modern African cuisine representative of a host of African countries.

Morning Glory overlooks the 1st tee of the Outeniqua Golf Course and serves light healthy meals made from fresh local ingredients.

Facilities
In planning our Health & Beauty Spa, we have taken our starting cue from the Romans. You can spend hours relaxing in our heated indoor Roman Bath, preparing yourself fully for the many other Fancourt health and beauty experiences.

The Roman Bath is among several complimentary facilities at our resort. Others are the stairmasters, treadmills, electronic cycles, Technogym fitness equipment, saunas, steam rooms, plunge pools, robes and toiletries.

Treatments
Based on the principle that our bodies are temples. At Fancourt Health & Beauty Spa we provide the finest treatment. The Stress-reducing Back Treatment and a Detoxifying Seaweed Wrap are among the indulgences on offer at Fancourt.

Fancourt is a haven from the stresses of modern-day living and our Therapeutic Hydro-Treatments, Fitness Services and the Spa Hair Salon will help transport you to a world where problems no longer exist.

A sure way of assisting your body to heal and enhancing mental alertness, massage is offered in a variety of forms including Swedish, Back, Neck and Shoulder, De-Stress Aromatherapy, Spa Relax, Shiatsu Massage, Reflexology Foot Treatment and Hot Stone Massage. A variety of facials are offered at Fancourt: The European Classic Facial, Deep Pore Cleansing Facial, Guinot Facials (Aromatics Facial, Beaute Neuve Renewing Facial, Liftosome Facial and Decleor Advanced Facials.

Shopping
No holiday or tour is complete without shopping. For your convenience and pleasure we have created our own elegant boutique, Ch�rot, where you can browse at leisure. Three of South Africa's top designers have brought exclusive designer wear to Ch�rot. Gert van de Merwe and Hip Hop's fabulous day and evening wear - each with its own distinctive style, which caters for all reasons and seasons, is now available.

The showing of their ranges at the glittering opening of the Ch�rot boutique created huge excitement among Southern Cape fashionistas who previously had to go to either Cape Town or Johannesburg to access designer wear for special occasions.

The brainchild of Fancourt's owner Sabine Plattner, the boutique in the past stocked mainly resort wear and top of the range imported clothing, bags and shoes - but will now showcase some of South Africa's top haute couture.

Hair Salon
Our Health and Beauty Spa houses a professional hair dressing salon. Resident stylist Adeli Bouwer uses leading brands for her wide array of treatments.
